LIBRARY MEMO

Week of August 26th

Though summer is winding down, we still have many of the years best fiction, non-fiction, mystery and thriller titles to check out.  There is one week left to read and enjoy! The Library at Hancock Point will be open until Sat September 1st.

Book Returns! As the summer wraps up, please double check the cottage for any HP books before you leave town. The returns drop box is available outside of regular library hours. If you have already left the Point for the year and accidentally packed a book or brought it home with you, email us at hancockpointlibrary@gmail.comAnd there are never any fines :)

Thank you! Myself, Dan, Alice and Willa (and Deborah) want to thank everyone on the Point for making us feel so welcome these last three weeks. We will be heading back to Brooklyn, NY on Tuesday August 28th. The library will be staffed with volunteers for the remainder of the season. I really enjoy my time here at the HP Library. I feel so lucky to be able to share this position with Christina and have the opportunity to serve such an interesting and friendly group of library users. Now, it's back to school and back to the city grind--

Squeezing out the best of these last days of summer,
Emily
